My philosophy is that Self Care is key to self-esteem and living true to your spirit. It’s really hard to show up in the world and achieve your dreams when you’re not being true to yourself.

Self-care is more than bubble baths and body lotions (not that there is anything wrong with that!). Self-care runs deeper. It’s the practice of connecting and coming back to yourself. This connection is key to living a life that is true to your spirit. As cliche as it sounds, the answers you are seeking are not ‘out-there’. They’re within you.  Your purpose.  Your truth. Your essence.  Your spirit.  It’s all in there – in you being authentically you.

To help you get started I’ve created these resources for you, you’ll find them below and they are free to download.

I hope you enjoy these resources and please let me know how you go and feel free to share them with your friends – you can tag me on Instagram @spiritofwomankind

25 Life Changing Questions – Journal Prompts

Zora Neale Hurston said “There are years that ask questions and years that answer.”  I think these years occur on parallel paths. At any given moment, we are older and wiser and ready to answer a question from our past self, and at the same time, we still have questions for our future self to answer.⠀

Questions open up space for us to reflect and ponder…..they act as a catalyst for us to dig deeper, and get to know ourselves even more. Questions open up space for us to reflect and ponder…..they act as a catalyst for us to dig deeper, and get to know ourselves even more.

I hope you will enjoy discovering more about yourself, as you reflect on these 25 life-changing questions that I have created for you.

It is through knowing ourselves that we can live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I wish this for you, for all of us.

Happy journalling……
