I work with a limited number of women in personalised and private one-to-one positive psychology interventions and guidance sessions.


My approach infuses timeless self-care rituals and spiritual philosophies with modern coaching modalities, positive psychology, design principles and proven strategies.


When we work together you will enter a judgement-free zone – my approach is steeped in compassion, a soft-yet-strong approach. Sessions will include a blend of coaching, mentoring, insights from research and experience as well as intuitive guidance.


My body of work is dedicated to inspiring, guiding and supporting women to prevent and overcome burnout, live true to themselves and flourish in life.


Whilst sessions are based on a signature framework, all sessions will be personalised to meet your unique situation and needs. This is a highly supportive and personalised offering.
